The DKS01.1-W100A-RL03-01-FW servo drive is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat as part of the DKS Intelligent Digital Servo Drives series. It functions as the power and control stage between a machine controller and a synchronous motor, using resolver feedback to close the motion loop. In automated packaging, printing, or handling lines, the drive supplies regulated current and monitors position so that axes accelerate, decelerate, and hold register precisely. Resolver feedback gives the control loop a continuous rotor position signal, allowing the drive to correct motion errors during speed changes and short dwell periods.
