The DKS01.1-W100A-RA01-00 is an intelligent digital servo drive manufactured by Rexroth Indramat for use with MDD motors. A complete DKS series drive comprises of the basic drive, software module, command interface card, configuration label and plug-in modules. Slots for the plug-in modules are on the basic unit. Command interface cards provides connectivity between the drive and control and can be either a positioning type card, a SERCOS interface, an analog interface with incremental encoder or analog interface with absolute encoder. The software module contains the operating software and configuration parameters for the drive. Plug-in auxiliary cards include binary I/O cards, incremental position interface cards and high-resolution position interface cards. Configuration label on the DKS01.1-W100A-RA01-00 drive contains the type code for the following: the basic unit, software module and plug-in cards.
The DKS01.1-W100A-RA01-00 includes an integrated resolver type encoder. Peak and rated current rating is 100 Amps and the continuous current which the drive can sustain is 50 Amps.
