The DKS01.1-W100A-DS11-02 is a highly functional servo drive controller produced by the company. The drive controller is compatible with a single phase as well as a three phase power supply and can be directly plugged into the power supply unit. This device needs a 230 V connection for normal operations. This model has been designed with multiple safety features. The power supply to the connected drives can be immediately cut off in case of an emergency. The connected drives can be easily decelerated if their internal circuitry fails. This is done via the internal dynamic braking system provided with this device. An internal braking system is also provided with the device. The holding brake can locate the motor’s shaft in the required position when the motor is in denergizing mode. The holding brake can be controlled and monitored by the servo drive itself.
The DKS01.1-W100A-DS11-02 is very easy to use and has a very smart diagnostics system that increases user awareness and updates the users regarding the system's operating characteristics. To assist the troubleshooting operations, the device comes with an alphanumeric display. This servo drive gives its best performance when used in areas that have temperatures between 5 ᵒC and 45 ᵒC. With slightly derated specifications and performance parameters, the drive can be used in areas with ambient temperatures till 55 ᵒC. The system has its own programming module that stores the firmware and critical drive parameters. The firmware module from one DKS unit is compatible with all other units and can be instantly used by plugging in the module. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
