Product Description:
The DKS01.1-W100A-DL05-01-FW is an intelligent digital servo drive from Bosch Rexroth Indramat in the DKS Intelligent Digital Servo Drives series. In an automation cell, it supplies regulated power to MDD AC servo motors and processes feedback through its integrated DSF resolver channel, allowing torque and speed to follow controller commands with direct closed-loop control. Because the resolver interface is handled inside the drive, the feedback path remains compact and signal processing stays within one unit. This makes the drive suitable for axes that require repeatable response during positioning and speed-regulated operation.
The unit accepts a three-phase supply of 3 × 230 V AC ±10 % and converts it to an internal DC bus of 300 V. Its pulse-width-modulated inverter switches at 4 kHz and can deliver a continuous output current of 100 A to the motor. A built-in bleeder includes a 0.5 kW continuous braking resistor, which dissipates regenerated energy during deceleration instead of passing it back into the supply. The design is compatible with 50/60 Hz mains, and the integrated power section generates the motor phase voltage without requiring separate external braking hardware for routine stopping events.
The housing has an IP10 rating and is permitted for ambient temperatures up to 55 °C. Cooling is handled by conduction and convection, and the drive can operate without derating at elevations below 1000 m when installed within the stated environmental limits. Under full electrical load, the supply section may demand 11 kVA, while internal losses are limited to 480 W to help with cabinet heat planning. Relative humidity is specified as Class F according to DIN 40040, condensation is not permitted, and acoustic emissions remain within the standard noise designation for production areas.
