The DKS01.1-W100A-DL04-01-FW belongs to the DKS Intelligent Digital Servo Drives series manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. This drive is supplied from a three-phase input of 3x 230 V AC and converts that supply to a regulated DC link held at 300 V. During operation, it can deliver a continuous motor phase current of 100 A, while the upstream mains must support a maximum apparent power demand of 11 kVA. Pulse-width modulation operates at 4 kHz to limit current ripple and acoustic noise, and heat from internal losses is removed through passive dissipation rather than forced airflow.
An integrated bleeder network absorbs regenerated energy with a continuous rating of 0.5 kW and a peak capacity of 18 kW, helping prevent DC-bus overvoltage during rapid deceleration. Command and diagnostic wiring uses a local interface with 15 Inputs / 16 Outputs, which supports signal exchange with connected control hardware. The housing has an IP10 protection rating, so the drive must be mounted in a closed electrical cabinet rather than in an open installation. The unit weighs 11 kg and can operate at elevations up to 1000 m. Closed-cabinet mounting also helps preserve the intended heat path during normal operation.
