The DKS01.1-W100A-DA03-01-FW is a digital servo drive produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the DKS Intelligent Digital Servo Drives series. In automated production lines, the module receives motion commands from a higher-level controller. It regulates three-phase output to synchronous or induction servomotors, converting constant mains energy into variable-frequency, variable-amplitude power for precise positioning and speed regulation. This allows the drive to support controlled acceleration, steady running, and responsive speed changes during closed-loop motion tasks.

At the input, the unit accepts 3x 230 V AC (±10%) across industrial feeders operating at 50–60 Hz, and under maximum loading the line current reaches 28 A while the internal DC link is maintained at 300 V DC. The inverter stage can supply a continuous motor phase current of 100 A and switches at 4 kHz to synthesize near-sinusoidal waveforms. The open-frame layout leaves cooling surfaces exposed to cabinet airflow and requires installation inside a suitable electrical enclosure.
