The DKS01.1-W100A-DA02-01-FW is servo drive for controlling AC servo motors from Bosch Rexroth. It comes ready to be connected to 3-phase 230V AC power or 1-phase 230V AC power. It comes fitted with an integrated protection system which can shut down the unit and break the circuit in case of an emergency. It also has an integrated braking system which can decelerate and shut down the drive if any problem is detected in the electronic circuitry of the controller. The programmable error reaction allows a programmed routine to be carried out in case of a system, power, or drive fault.
This unit has the inrush current limiting feature which extends the life of the fuse. It comes with screw terminals which can easily be tightened to make cable connections. The unit features extensive diagnostic capabilities through an alphanumeric display. The holding brake of the motor can easily be regulated and monitored from the drive itself. Any function can be implemented on the drive simply by using plugin modules.
This controller cools down by its own, without the use of any additional device. It has a current rating of 100A. It weighs around 11 kg. To avoid any damage- store and transport this device from -30 degree C to 85 degree C. To find the correct motor/servo drive combo, please refer to the configuration sheet. Do not allow condensation water to form anywhere on this device during operation. It can cause short-circuit and fire. It has internal bus voltage of 300 Volts. Maximum feedback cable length which can be used is 75 meters.
