The DKS01.1-W050A-DL03-01-FW is a servo drive which combines with a servo motor to form a complete unit. This drive controller has current rating of 50A. It needs 9.5 kVA power to run at maximum capacity. It can be safely operated between 5 degree C to 45 degree C without any derating of data. The servo drive is intended to be mounted in a secure housing or a control cabinet. Please refer to the documentation for instructions and plans.
The servo drive can run on 3-phase 230 VAC or 1-phase 230 VAC. The drive controller is fitted with a protection system which can cut off power supply to the unit. The drive controller comes with a dynamic integral braking system which can decelerate and stop the drive. It features a programmable error reaction. This reaction can be carried out in case of a power, drive, or system fault. The internal bus inside the drive has a voltage rating of 300V.
The device can also control and track the holding brake of a motor. The servo drive can be customized according to the application by using appropriate plugin cards. These cards link the drive and the control. The unit is cooled by itself, by means of integrated heatsink. It loses 305 Watts of power at its highest loading. The unit weighs 11 kg. Condensation water can short-circuit this device or cause risk of fire. Do not let water condense anywhere on the unit at all costs. This can be avoided by not letting humid air enter the unit.
