The DKS01.1-W030B-RS45-01-FW model works on the peak width modulation method at 18 kHz frequency to maintain system efficiency and power distribution. The digital servo drive with an integrated power supply helps to connect directly with the 1-phase AC 230V and 3-phase AC 230V power source with the input frequency of 50 to 60 Hz. The power requirement at peak drive loading is 4 to 5 kVA at the peak current of 30 A. The digital servo drive operates at the continuous current of 15 A to drive MDD AC servo motors in different industrial sectors for automation purposes. The Drive is mainly used with CNC machines where extreme precision, torque, and continuous power is required. The internal data bus of the drive works at DC 300V and the power loss of drive at maximum loading is 230 W.
The model DKS01.1-W030B-RS45-01-FW comes with a warm type cooling system which means heat is dissipated inside the closed cabinet and the digital drive is protected with IP10 protection class which means you can touch it by hand but it will not provide any restriction from the water. The drive can operate ideally under humid conditions at a maximum altitude of 1000 meters. The maximum bearable temperature of the drive is +55 ͦC and the noise emission at the motor is reduced while operating at the rated current of 30 A. The basic unit of the drive is DKS01.1-W030B-R with 5 slots of plug-in cards. Slot U1 to U4 is used for different plug-in cards and Slot U5 is used to install DSM 2.1 software module.
