The DKS01.1-W030B-RS22-01-FW model can be connected directly to the AC 230V single-phase and 3-phase electrical power system via screw terminals. The integrated protection system is used to shut off the supply of power to the drive and an integral dynamic brake system is used to decelerate or stop the drive in case of any electronic circuit failure. The digital servo drive is integrated by control and monitoring of the motor’s holding brake. The digital servo drive is combined with MDD AC servo motor to form a complete drive system at the rated current of 30 A. While operating at the maximum current of 30 A the noise emission at the motor is reduced, the maximum required power is 4 ~ 5 kVA, and the maximum power loss is 230 V under the maximum device load conditions.
The model DKS01.1-W030B-RS22-01-FW operates at a PWM frequency of 18 kHz to control power delivery and to avoid energy wastage. The basic unit of the model is DKS01.1-W030B-R with several slots for plug-in cards. Different plug-in cards can be installed in U1 to U4 slots according to the requirements and the required software card DSM 2.1 is installed in the U5 slot which contains the operating software and drive parameters. The digital drive is protected by IP10 protection class and can be operated under humid conditions. A warm type cooling system is used in this model in which heat is dissipated inside the cabinet. Normal operating temperature and altitude is +5 to +45 ͦC at 1000 meters above the sea level. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
