The DKS01.1-W030B-RS01-03-FW model can take power directly from single-phase 1 × AC230 V±10% with 16 A fuse, or 3-phase 3 × AC230 V±10% power supply with 12 A fuse and at 50 to 60 Hz frequency. The digital drive uses 18 kHz frequency for pulse width modulation to save power dissipation while delivering it to the MDD servo motor which makes it suitable to use with servo motors. The digital drive delivers the required power of 4 to 5 kVA at the peak current of 30 A. The internal data bus of the drive operates at 300 V DC voltage. The drive goes through the power loss of 230 W at maximum load conditions and provides peak regenerated power of 5 kW. The total weight of this model is approximately 11 kg with a standard size.
The model DKS01.1-W030B-RS01-03-FW consists of a basic unit which is customized for different applications by installing various cards in slots U1 to U5. Slot U1 holds DSS 1.3 SERCOS Interface module, slot U2 holds DEA 4.2 I/O Interface Module, slot U3 is blank, slot U4 holds DEF 1.1 Incremental Position Interface module and slot U5 holds DSM 2.1-S11-01.RS Programming module. The ambient temperature on which the digital servo drive can work normally is +5 to +45˚C at a maximum of 1000 meters above sea level. The digital drive is protected by insulation class C and protection class of IP10. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
