Bosch Rexroth Indramat developed the DKS01.1-W030B-RS01-01 for the DKS Intelligent Digital Servo Drives series. This unit is a digital servo drive that rectifies and modulates incoming mains power so it can command brushless servo motors in pick-and-place cells, feeders, and general motion modules. The resolver feedback interface supplies rotor angle data to the internal controller, allowing synchronized switching of the output stage during closed-loop operation. By combining power electronics and control logic in one housing, the drive reduces panel wiring and simplifies system setup.

The drive accepts a single-phase or three-phase supply of 230 V AC ±10%. At maximum load, it draws 16 A on a single-phase line, while three-phase operation lowers the input current requirement. The rectified link creates a DC bus that supports an output rated at 30 A. Current is delivered to the motor through pulse-width modulation operating at 18 kHz, which helps limit torque ripple and reduce audible noise.
