The DKS01.1-W030B-RL03-01-FW is an intelligent servo drive controller from Bosch Rexroth for controlling the operation of MDD AC servo motors. Using plugin cards the servo drive can be matched to the motor at hand. The drive controller can work on both 1-phase electric supply or 3-phase electric supply at 230 V AC. It has a mechanism for an emergency shut down for protecting the unit. It also has integral dynamic braking which slows down and shuts the drive in event of an electronics failure. It also comes with a programmable error routine.
The drive has the function of inrush current limiting which intrinsically lowers the inrush current without a fuse. This also lengthens the lifespan of the fuse or circuit breaker. Cable connections in this product are done by screw terminals. For diagnosing and troubleshooting the drive it has an alphanumeric LCD on its body. This product can also deploy the holding brake of the motor.
This drive uses in-cabinet cooling. The operating current of this drive is 30 A. The unit weighs a total of 11 kg. The drive can be safely stored and dispatched between the temperature of -30 degree to 85 degree C. Use only the motor/servo drive applications found in the configuration sheet. Condensation water dripping or spraying on the unit can cause fire and other safety hazards. Do not allow it to be formed. The internal bus voltage is 300 V.
