The DKS01.1-W030B-DS24-04-FW is a servo drive controller produced by Rexroth Indramat under the best and the reliable industrial condition. The drive controller is explicitly designed to regulate the speed and monitor the movement of the MDD AC motor using a feedback signal. The drive controller can be customized to meet specific industrial applications. To customize the drive, special customization cards must be inserted into the slots U1 to U5 present in the drive’s housing. The drive is equipped with a pre-programmed error reaction, which is swiftly executed when it encounters an operational error. This unique feature allows it to respond to the unexpected error in a pre-defined way.
The DKS01.1-W030B-DS24-04-FW drive controller can use either a single-phase or three-phase power connection from which it receives a 1 x 230 Volts or a 3× 230 Volts voltage. It is equipped with an integral dynamic braking system that slowly decelerates and stops the drive If a problem is encountered in the drive‘s electronic circuitry. The drive is connected to the MDD AC motor through the Motor feedback cable and the power cable. These cables and all other cables in the drive connect via screw terminals, making it easy for them to be disconnected during the servicing of the drive controller and the motor.
