The DKS01.1-W030B-DS24-03-FW is a digital servo drive from Bosch Rexroth Indramat in the DKS Intelligent Digital Servo Drives series. It acts as the power interface between a motion controller and a synchronous motor, regulating voltage and current in real time so commanded position and speed profiles are followed accurately. In industrial automation, it provides closed-loop control, fault monitoring, and fieldbus communication for axes in packaging machines, assembly cells, and CNC tooling stations.

The power section accepts a three-phase supply of 3 x 230 V AC, and a single-phase 230 V source can be used when lower demand is acceptable. Grid compatibility covers 50–60 Hz input power. The inverter can deliver a peak motor current of 30 A, which supports high torque during acceleration. Regenerated energy is absorbed by an integrated bleeder that handles 0.3 kW continuously and up to 5 kW during short surges, which helps protect the DC link. Installation at elevations up to 1000 m does not require parameter adjustment, which suits most industrial sites. The enclosure has an IP10 protection class, so it is intended for installation inside a control cabinet rather than as a standalone sealed unit. Heat is removed by natural dissipation with cabinet airflow, and the unit also uses a 24 V DC logic supply at 625 mA. Humidity class F per DIN 40040 and reduced acoustic noise emission are also listed, and diagnostics report operating status to higher-level controllers.
