The DKS01.1-W030B-DL02-01-FW is a digital servo drive from Bosch Rexroth Indramat in the DKS Intelligent Digital Servo Drives series. In an automation cell, it links the motion controller with an MDD synchronous motor and converts incoming line power into a regulated DC bus with pulse width modulated motor output. Integrated control electronics close the position and velocity loops so industrial axes can maintain accurate torque, speed, and acceleration without external amplifiers. This arrangement supports repeatable positioning and stable speed regulation in machines that run coordinated servo motion.

It accepts a three-phase supply of 230 V AC ±10% at 50 to 60 Hz and converts it to a stabilized 300 V DC link. The inverter switches at 18 kHz, which helps deliver smooth current to the connected motor and reduces audible switching noise. For dynamic braking, the internal bleeder dissipates 0.3 kW continuously and withstands peaks up to 5 kW during deceleration. The rated output current is 30 A, and Digital Servo Feedback is handled through the factory-configured DSF interface for high-resolution position data exchange. The combination of the switching stage, braking circuit, and feedback channel supports frequent acceleration and deceleration on servo axes.

Cooling is provided by passive heat dissipation, and the housing has a protection class of IP10. The drive operates in ambient temperatures from +5 °C to +45 °C without derating, and reduced output is permitted up to +55 °C. Installation is allowed up to 1000 m above sea level, while transport and storage are permitted from -30 °C to +85 °C. An undervoltage monitor disconnects the inverter at 200 V DC, which helps protect the power stage during low bus conditions. Because cooling is passive, the unit is intended for cabinet installation where heat can leave the housing without built-in fans.
