The DKS01.1-W030B-DL02-00 is a Version 1 digital servo drive in the DKS Intelligent Digital Servo Drives series manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. It supplies regulated power and control signals to matched Indramat motors for position and speed regulation in automated handling modules, feeders, and material-processing axes that require repeatable motion. Heat is removed through heat-sink dissipation rather than forced-air cooling, so the mounting arrangement must allow generated heat to leave the unit effectively. Its reduced-noise design also supports installation in enclosed control cabinets where quieter electrical operation is preferred.

The power section accepts a three-phase line of 3×230 V ±10% and can also operate from a single-phase 230 V source within the same tolerance range. The drive draws a rated current of 30 A under nominal operating conditions. Pulse-width modulation runs at 18 kHz, which helps reduce motor acoustic output and supports smooth current regulation in the connected motor windings. Braking energy is routed to an integrated bleeder that absorbs 0.3 kW continuously and up to 5 kW for short intervals during rapid deceleration. Because cooling is passive, cabinet airflow paths and surrounding clearance should remain unobstructed during operation.

The internal DC link is stabilized at 300 V, and the external DC bus uses the same voltage so shared energy storage can be maintained across multi-axis systems. Position feedback is handled through a DSF encoder interface, which transfers motor angle data in digital form without additional signal conversion hardware. Installation is permitted up to 1000 m above sea level before derating applies, making the drive suitable for standard factory elevations. The enclosure has an IP10 rating, so the unit is intended for protected cabinet mounting where accidental contact is limited and airborne contamination is controlled.
