The DKS01.1-W030B-DG01-00 is a high performance drive control system produced by Rexroth. This servo drive can be operated on a single-phase as well as a three-phase connection. A 230 V connection is required for standard operation. This drive controller comes with multiple safety features. It has an integrated protection system that cuts off the power supply to the drives in case of an emergency. With its internal dynamic braking system, the connected drives can be decelerated if an error occurs in the drive’s circuitry. An internal holding brake is also integrated with this device. The motor’s shaft can be located in the desired position using the holding brake. The holding brake is controlled and monitored through the drive controller itself.
The DKS01.1-W030B-DG01-00 is a user friendly platform and comes with a comprehensive diagnostics system for increasing the users' awareness during operation. An alphanumeric display is also provided that helps the users during troubleshooting. This device can be used in areas with an external temperature within the range of 5 ᵒC to 45 ᵒC. If required, the device can be used up to a maximum temperature of 55 ᵒC with derated specifications. The drive controller’s programming module stores the important drive parameters and the firmware of the servo drive. Whenever hardware has to be replaced, the previously stored parameters in the software module can be carried over to the new unit. This is done by simply plugging the software module into the new unit. The DKS01.1-W030B-DG01-00 has a 30 A rated current and its continuous current is 15 A.
