The DKS01.1-W100A-DL41-01-FW model comes with an integral dynamic braking system to decelerate the drive in case of any electronic circuit failure. Motor holding brake is integrated with this model and the drive is widely used to drive AC MDD servo motor where high torque, speed, and precision is required. The digital servo drive can be connected directly to the AC 230V 3-phase power source at the rated current of 100 A. The digital servo drive requires 11 kVA of power under maximum drive loading conditions.  The model operates at the PWM frequency of 4 kHz to avoid power loss at the continuous current of 50 A. The DC 300V is required to drive the internal data bus of the digital drive under the operating temperature range of +5 to +45 ͦC. The drive can operate ideally under a maximum allowable temperature range of +55 ͦC at the maximum elevation of 1000 m.

The model DKS01.1-W100A-DL41-01-FW delivers the maximum regenerated power of 18 kW and the continuous regenerated power of 0.5 kW. The maximum power loss at the maximum device loading is 480 W excluding the power loss at bleeder. The model comes with the basic unit of DKS01.1-W100A-D with 5 slots for plug-in cards. The slots from U1 to U4 are used to install different interfaces and the U5 slot is used to install the software module. The signal cables are connected via screw terminals and the optical fiber cable is used for communication between motor and drive. The model is cooled with a warm type cooling system to overcome heat effect under IP 10 protection class. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
