The DKS 1.1-W030B-DS01-00 model is designed to take electrical connection directly from the 1-phase AC 230V and 3-phase AC 3 × 230V power source with ±10% tolerance. The operating frequency of the model is 50/60 Hz and it uses 18 kHz PWM frequency for controlling the speed, torque, and power of the MDD AC servo motor. The DKS 01 digital servo drive which operates at a 1-phase power source requires the power and continuous current of 3.5 kW and 10 A whereas, the drive operating at a 3-phase power source requires the power and continuous current of 4.5 kW and 15 A. The DKS 01 digital servo drive is designed to operate at the rated and peak current of 30 A for controlling drive, monitoring its functions, and diagnosing errors. The drive can operate ideally between the ambient temperature ranges of +5 to +45 degree Celsius at the maximum height of 1000 meters above sea level.
The model DKS 1.1-W030B-DS01-00 is protected by IP10 protection class which protects it from solid particles having a diameter greater than 50 mm but it will not provide any protection against liquids. The electronic circuit of the model is protected by a 12 A/16 A fuse which protects it from damage during circuit failure. The basic unit of the model is DKS 1.1-W030B-D and the SERCOS interface DSS 1.3 card is installed in the U1 slot for effective communication through optical fiber cables. The slots U2 to U4 are used for installing different auxiliary plug-in modules and the DSM 2.1 software module is installed in the U5 slot. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
