The DKS01.1-W030B-DA04-00 is a standalone digital servo drive from Bosch Rexroth Indramat in the DKS Intelligent Digital Servo Drives series. It converts fixed utility power into a pulse-width-modulated output for controlling synchronous and induction motors in automated assembly systems, material handling equipment, and process machinery. Embedded control logic processes resolver feedback and closes torque, speed, or position loops inside the drive, so the higher-level PLC can send shorter motion commands. Because these control functions are handled locally, the drive can react quickly to load changes while also managing protective functions during operation.

The power stage accepts a single-phase supply of 230 V AC and rectifies it to a stabilized 300 V DC intermediate circuit. It has a rated output of 30 A, while the continuous motor current is 15 A. Regenerative energy is dissipated by an internal brake resistor rated for 0.3 kW continuously and 5 kW at peak load during rapid deceleration. This helps keep the DC bus within a safe operating range when the motor feeds energy back into the drive.
