Product Description

The DZB01.1-W720N product is an auxiliary bleeder from Bosch Rexroth. The device is used along with the DKR 4.1 product group of drive controllers from the same manufacturer. The module has a line code of 01 and a version code of 1. The drive controller may or may not use extra sensors for controlling and monitoring electric motors. The bleeder can be fitted externally to the drive controller and this is represented by an E in the part number. The controller must be connected to under-grounded three-phase systems using an isolating transformer. This transformer ensures the protection of the unit against dangerous overvoltage. The drive controller must be used with an auto-transformer if its mains voltage does not have compatibility with the rated power voltage.

The bleeder utilizes internal air circulation as its cooling mode. The air is circulated through an inbuilt blower that has a current rating of 0.22A and a voltage rating of 24VDC +/-20%. The X7 connector of the drive controller indicates ‘Emergency bleeder working’ if the internal contact is closed and ‘Emergency bleeder overload’ if this contact is open. The bleeder has a peak power rating of 200kW and a continuous power rating of 3kW. It features a protection rating of IP 20 in adherence to IEC 529 or EN 60529 specifications. The DZB01.1-W720N drive controller accessory can be delivered to the address of your choice with a one-year Wake industrial warranty.

The auxiliary module features maximum brake energy of 720kW and a nominal voltage rating of 24VDC. A drive controller with an E in the part number that is operated without the bleeder, stops functioning immediately and displays an error message. This is because the unit performs the role of a brake resistor. The device has a resistance of 1.8 Ohms. It should ideally be operated between 5°C and 45°C. The bleeder must be transported and shipped between -30°C and 80°C.
