The DKR04.1-W400N-B drive controller helps to control and monitor the operation of electrical motors. The controller may make use of additional sensors to do this task. The device is prone to damage if it is used outside ambient conditions. This standard unit comes without a bleeder. The product can be installed up to a maximum elevation of 1,000m above sea level without deration of nominal data. It is integrated with a mains contactor. The drive controller comes with a blower and a heatsink fitted into the housing. The device can be fitted with several modules for a specific application. The product must be checked for sufficient load capacity when it is not operated in the specified conditions.

The drive controller has a continuous current rating of 150A at 8kHz. The unit has a separate rating plate to assist in the identification of the software present in the software module. Other than this, it has two additional rating plates on the front and bottom left. The back wall of the control cabinet or the mounting panel in which the device is installed must have matching fixing bolts and threaded holes. There must also be vents in the mounting panel on the rear for air circulation. The product should be lifted by anchoring its mounting frame to the rear wall of the control cabinet. The unit has a warranty period of one year and can be delivered worldwide.

The mounting screws must be screwed approximately two-thirds into the rear wall of the control cabinet or the mounting panel. These screws must be tightened taking care not to exceed the maximum specified torque. The plug-in connectors of the controller should be connected or separated only when they are dry. The open connector ends of the drive components must be sealed when they are replaced or installed. The electronic components of the device should be worked on only after making contact with a grounded object.
