The drive controller can be configured to monitor and control motors with specific applications. Different drive powers and interfaces are available for such application-specific uses. The DKR03.1-W200Z-BE33-01-FW is an intelligently-designed digital drive controller for 2AD or ADF main spindle motors manufactured by Rexroth Indramat. It can also provide control for frameless spindle motors and linear motors with an output between 10 and 93 kW of continuous power at the motor output shaft. The different power feature of every DKRO3 drive controller allows it to precisely and accurately control these motors. An integrated mains contactor is equipped with the drive controller, as well as an emergency stop shutdown device. An integrated brake resistor can be ordered separately. As for the cooling system, a heatsink and blower are built into the housing.

The DKR03.1-W200Z-BE33-01-FW has a continuous drive current of 4 kHz: 92 A. It has a 141 A peak drive current. It also has a ca. 30 kW continuous regenerated power. The drive controller weighs approximately 49 kg. In operating the drive controller, the ambient temperatures required are from +5° to +45° C while the installation elevation should be from 0 to 1000 m above sea level. The drive can be connected to two systems: the grounded star systems or directly to an external conductor three-phase systems.
