The DKR03.1-W200Z-BE33-01-FW is a digital intelligent AC drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat as part of the DKR Drive Controllers series. It coordinates power conversion and closed-loop regulation for high-power servo motor axes in industrial automation lines. It supplies programmed torque, speed, and position commands to matched motors while supporting synchronized multi-axis motion in demanding machine systems.

Communication with higher-level PLCs occurs through the SERCOS interface, giving deterministic cycle times for motion profiles. Within Line 03, the current path supports a continuous output of 92 A at a 4 kHz switching frequency, which provides about 35 kW of sustained mechanical power to the connected motor. Control electronics are fed from an auxiliary supply of AC 230 V ±10%, while the power section uses a mains input window of 3xAC 400 to 480 V ±10%.
