Product Description

The DKR03.1-W200B-BE30-01-FW manufactured by Rexroth Indramat is designed for the digital control of Bosch Rexroth motors such as 2AD or ADF main spindle motors, 1MB frameless spindle motors, and LSF or LAF linear motors.  The drive controller is powered by AC mains with 3xAC 400V to 480V, ± 10%, and has a supported system frequency of 50Hz to 60Hz. The controller should be installed in ambient temperatures ranging from +5° to +45° C and stationed at an elevation of 0 to 1000 m above sea level. It is wise to consider the load capacity of the drive-in case you want to install the system in conditions exceeding the stated ambient conditions.

The drive controller is cooled by a cooling vent or via a built-in heat sink. If the cooling takes place within the cabinet, the flow of air is drawn in and out within the installation cabinet. The entire heat exchange takes place inside the cabinet and does not affect the drive functionality. Cooling of the DKR03.1-W200B-BE30-01-FW can also be through air blown in and out of the cabinet from the outside through air vents found at the back wall of the cabinet. The use of air vents evaporates approximately 2/3 of the heat emitted outside the cabinet.

The connection and power terminal of the drive controller is protected by the international IEC 364-4-411.1.5 against low voltage connections. It is also integrated with a mains contractor and an emergency shutdown system to protect it against a power surge. In case the drive fails to function due to power failure, disconnect the drive controller from the power source before beginning any examination of the problem. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
