The Rexroth DKR02.1-W200N-BA04-01-FW is an advanced digital drive controller. It is designed for the digital control of Indramat motors belonging to the 2AD, 1MB, ADF, LSF and LAF series. DKR drives feature a high level of control and a broad speed range with constant power.  DKR drives are ideally suited to industrial applications involving printing machines and NC controlled machine tools. The DKR02.1-W200N-BA04-01-FW delivers 200 Amps under ideal operating conditions. It can be directly connected to AC mains at 400 to 480 Volts DC and 50 to 60 Hertz line frequencies. The structure of the drive is modular and the drive can be adapted to different configuration through the use of a wide range of optional plug in modules. The firmware for the DKR02.1-W200N-BA04-01-FW also needs to be ordered separately.

Features available on the DKR02.1-W200N-BA04-01-FW include analog command communication interface, blower for cooling and digital servo and resolver feedback. The drive enclosure is IP 20 rated and weighs approximately 104 kilograms. Rexroth recommends that at least 80 millimeters of free space should be provided both above and below the vertically mounted DKR02.1-W200N-BA04-01-FW. Dimensions of the controller are 1000 millimeters height, 440 millimeters width and 290 millimeters depth. When wiring the drive, the circuit diagrams provided by the manufacturer should be used. The ground conductor of the motor should be connected to the drive. The DKR02.1-W200N-BA04-01-FW drive should be connected to the grounded conductor system of the mains or the cabinet. The mains or motor leads should never be connected to the extra low 15 / 24 volts DC voltages.
