The DKR02.1-W200B-BA03-01-FW model provides affordable and efficient solutions for motion control technologies in various industrial sectors. The DKR drive controller consists of a basic unit (DKR02.1-W200B), a firmware module (ESM 02.3), a command interface card, auxiliary plug-in modules, and a configuration rated plate. The firmware module of the drive controller contains the operating software and the drive parameters. The firmware for this model should be ordered separately according to the required configuration. The DKR drive controller takes power directly through the 3 × AC 400 – 480V power source with ±10% augmentation. The model can operate at the control voltage of AC 230V with the operating frequency of 50/60 Hz. The controller consumes the continuous current of 120 A to deliver the continuous power of 47 kW for the 4 kHz drive whereas for the 8 kHz drive the model produces the continuous power of 37 kW at the continuous current of 95 A. A bleeder resistor is installed in this model for the continuous power generation of 37 kW. 

The model DKR02.1-W200B-BA03-01-FW operates at the rated current of 200 A. It uses ambient air to overcome the heat effect produced in the case of 1800 W of heat dissipation. The overall weight of the drive controller is approximately 104 kg excluding the weight of the mounting and blower unit. An analog interface is installed in this model for effective communication between the controller and other I/O devices. The controller takes a motor feedback connection through the X4 interface and it is equipped with a digital encoder and resolver feedback for indirect position detection in the motor.  The model is protected by the IP20 protection category with the maximum bearable temperature capacity of +55 degree Celsius.
