The DKR04.1-W400N-BE80-01-FW drive controller is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the DKR Drive Controllers series. As a digital intelligent AC drive controller, it conditions and regulates three-phase power for high-torque servo motors used on gantries, presses, and other high-inertia axes in automated production lines. The unit integrates with motion supervisors to modulate torque and speed while safeguarding both the motor and the power supply. A rigid DC bus architecture combined with internal monitoring supports stable operation in installations that require fast dynamic response and precise positioning.

Real-time communication is provided through the SERCOS interface, while motor position data is processed from digital servo and resolver feedback channels. The rigid DC bus operates without a bleeder or brake chopper, so excess energy must be dissipated mechanically or by an external device.
