Product Description:

Rexroth Indramat produces the DKR04.1-W400N-BE37-01-FW drive controller.  These can be used to control electrical motors and also control their operation. Additional sensors and actors may also be necessary as well. When the drive controller is started up, it is necessary to set parameters. Once this has been done, the motor is then able to function according to the desired application. Different drive interfaces and drive power enable the use of the drive controllers in various specific applications. The DKR drive controllers are commonly used in printing machines as well as NC machine tools. Operation may only be done under the specified conditions.

The DKR04.1-W400N-BE37-01-FW has a SERCOS interface for its command interface card. This particular interface facilitates a connection to higher-ranking control units. This is done using fiber optic cables, and the cable assembly and connector can be ordered separately. The SERCOS interface plays an important role when the drive controller encounters problem. The interface is used to signal the problem together with the H1 display, which can be from on the front of the unit. The error messages can be interpreted using the Troubleshooting Guide.
