Unlike all other Servo Drive controllers, the DKR04.1-W400N-BA09-01-FW drive can effectively control a broad spectrum of drive motors through its numerous customization options, making it a perfect choice for different industrial applications. Its reputation for delivering a high level of control and a broad speed range makes the drive popular in various industrial application fields.
The DKR04.1-W400N-BA09-01-FW drive can draw a peak current of 282A from its mains source; at this current, the motor’s driven shaft delivers a power output of 196Kw. Also, at continuous currents 210A and 150A, it’s driven motor’s shaft provides a constant power of 93Kw and 66Kw, respectively. During operation, the drive maintains a system frequency that ranges from 50Hz-60Hz and a control voltage of 230V. The drive can reach max power voltage frequencies of 800Hz and 1600Hz. Using A heatsink and blower already integrated into the drive’s housing will enable it to regulate its heat by transferring excess heat into the air and then dissipating the air away from the machine. This colling mechanism allows the drive to dissipate total heat energy of up to 2500W during operation.
The DKR04.1-W400N-BA09-01-FW drive monitors the servo motor by processing the digital feedback it receives from it. The drive also uses its user-friendly analog interface to easily communicate with the operator, allowing him to monitor everything in the machine. The drive signals drive problems to the operator using the H1 display on the front of the controller’s basic unit.
