Product Description:
This product is a DKR Servo Drive Controller manufactured by Rexroth Indramat. It is designed to provide a high level of control and a broad speed range to a wide range of electric motors such as Linear Motors SAF, Frameless Spindle Motor 1Mb, and a.c main spindle motors 2AD. Its broad motor compatibility perfectly suits many industrial machines, such as NC-Controlled machines and Printing Machines.
The drive controller is designed for direct connection to a grounded AC source with 3xAC 400 V to 480 V. Various available configuration modules can be inserted into the drive controller to adapt the drive to specific application usage. Operators can send Commands into the controller using its efficient analog interface. The product model does not contain a bleeder. The drive controller has a system frequency of 50Hz-60Hz and a rated power voltage of 3xAC 400V-480V. The drive controller also draws a current of 210 and 150 Ampere from the current source at these frequencies. At a control voltage of 230V, it maintains a control voltage frequency of 50Hz-60Hz and a control voltage power of 300VA. The controller can draw a peak current of 285A from its current source. As for its power, at frequencies 4kHz and 8kHz, it maintains the power output of ca 93Kw and ca 66Kw, respectively. The drive controller weighs approximately 150kg.
Before delivery, the drive is tested by professionals to ascertain its reliability and quality. Integrated into the drive controller is a blower and heatsink that controls the machine’s temperature using the air conducted through the machine’s air duct. The drive motor is produced following the IP 20 per EN60529 / IEC52 protection category. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
