The DKR drive controller series is designed to fill the need of AC main spindle, 2AD and ADF motors. These drive controllers can be used to monitor and control the drive of linear motors by Rexroth Indramat. Bosch offers these devices in a wide power range. The DKR04.1-W400N model of the drive controller is designed to be cooled by convection. A built-in blower is available for this purpose. The DKR4.1 drive controller is a standard variant that comes without the bleeder. This is a standard variant without the resolver feedback option. Typical applications for DKR Indramat drive controllers are numeric controlled machine tools and printing machines. These drive controllers may only be used under assembly conditions specified by the DKR planning manual that comes with the package. Motor drives equipped with DKR drive controllers exhibit high degree of control and a broad speed range. This motor can be powered using ground AC mains voltage of 3x 400… 480 V. The DKR4.1 drive controller are equipped with main contractor and an emergency stop shutdown device. A heat sink and blower is incorporated in this model that are responsible for efficient heat conduction and convection.
