The Rexroth Indramat is a digital drive controller which belongs to DKR04 series. The main components of the DKR04 controller are basic unit, software module, command interface card(s) and auxiliary plug-in module(s). Firmware for the controller needs to be ordered as a separate subitem. A basic unit comes without plug-in cards installed in the five slots. The firmware is on the firmware module which can be transferred to another module in the event of controller failure. Command interface cards which are available for the DKR0 series include analog, SERCOS, Profibus and Interbus. The DKR04.1-W300N-BE79-01-FW comes with SERCOS interface. Available plug-in modules include encoder modules, digital I/O modules, analog I/Os and CLC interface modules. Function numeric code of the controller is 79. The version function numeric code is 01.
Digital servo and resolver feedback is supported by the DKR04.1-W300N-BE79-01-FW. The controller also supports air cooling through integrated blower.
