The DKR04.1-W300N-BE56-01-FW is an advanced drive controller from Rexroth Indramat’s DKR04 family. It comes with SERCOS interface and connects to higher-ranking control units such as CNCs through fiber optic cables. The fiber optic cables need to be ordered separately. It is possible to order command interface cards with different interfaces such as ProfiBus, INTERBUS and analog. The DKR04.1-W300N-BE56-01-FW controller signals problems through its SERCOS interface. Function numeric code of the controller is 56 and version function numeric code of the controller is 01. Firmware for the controller is not shipped with the unit and needs to be ordered separately. Feedback is supported on the DKR04.1-W300N-BE56-01-FW through integrated digital servo and resolver. Integrated bleeder is not available on the drive controller.
The DKR04.1-W300N-BE56-01-FW is designed to control and monitor spindle motors and linear motors belonging to Indramat’s 2AD / ADF and LSF/ LAF product lines.
