The DKR04.1-W300N-BA05-01-FW is a digital intelligent drive controller from Bosch. It is designed to control ADF main spindle motors and LAF linear motors. It comes with a range of power ratings to precisely regulate the motors. This servo drive is designed with a direct main connection. An integrated main contactor and an emergency stop shutdown device are integrated into this drive controller to ensure safety. The system frequency range of the DKR04.1-W300N-BA05-01-FW module is 50 to 60 Hertz. It has a built-in blower for heat dissipation. It can be expanded by an external brake resistor. It has an air duct to conduct the cooling air through the machine. If the main supply fails, the brake resistor allows the deceleration of the drive.
The DKR04.1-W300N-BA05-01-FW drive controller comes with a rated power voltage of 3 x 400 to 480 Volts. It has a rated current of 300 Amps. It is provided with a motor feedback cable which has 75 meters in length. Even though the firmware is a separate item, it must be installed on the DSM software module as the operating software.
