The DKR04.1-W300E-BE37-01-FW model is equipped with a SERCOS interface for real-time communication between drive, motor, and I/O devices through optical fiber cables. The drive controller comes with a built-in blower for cooling purposes. The design of the model offers several possibilities to cool the drive controller by using air from inside or outside the cabinet and duct cooling system. The drive controller is protected by the IP20 protection category and the protection class of the control cabinet is not affected by the cooling method. The model can take connection through the 3-phase AC power source having a system frequency of 50 to 60 Hz. The power voltage required by the drive controller is 0 to 380 with the maximum frequency of 800 Hz/1600 Hz for 4 kHz/8 kHz drive. The drive with having a switching frequency of 4 kHz can deliver the continuous power of 93 kW at the continuous current of 210 A and the drive with 8 kHz switching frequency operates at the continuous current of 150 A to deliver the continuous power of 66 kHz.
The model DKR04.1-W300E-BE37-01-FW can produce the continuous regenerated power of 66 kW and the total heat dissipation of the model is 2500W. The drive controller consists of a basic unit DKR04.1-W300E-B and 5 slots to install different plug-in modules. The slot U5 contains the firmware module ESM02.3 which contains the operating software and all of the required parameters. The model comes with an external bleeder resistor and the total weight of the model is approximately 150 kg with 1.7 kg weight of accessories kit. Digital servo and resolver feedback is used in the DKR04 model for motor feedback. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
