The DKR04.1-W300E-BA03-01-FW model has been designed for digital intelligent control of 2AD or ADF AC main spindle motors, 1MB frameless spindle motors, and linear motors. The drive equipped with the DKR drive controller provides a high level of control and broad speed range with constant power. The DKR drive controller is designed to take connection directly from the 3-phase 3 × 400~480 AC power source with ±10% tolerance and 50 to 60 Hz of operating frequency. The model operates at the control voltage of AC 230V at 50 to 60 Hz of control voltage frequency with ±2% tolerance. The drive controller consists of a basic unit, firmware module, command interface cards, and auxiliary plug-in modules. The 4 kHz drive delivers the continuous power of 93 kW at the continuous current of 210 A whereas, the 8 kHz drive delivers 66 kW of continuous power at the continuous current of 150 A. The continuous regenerated power of the model is 66 kW with the peak regenerated power of 120 kW for a maximum of 10 seconds.
The model DKR04.1-W300E-BA03-01-FW comes with a built-in blower that uses ambient air for cooling purposes.
