The DKR04.1-W400N-BE23-01-FW drive controller is built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat as part of the DKR Drive Controllers series. It supplies regulated three-phase power to large synchronous or induction servo axes, allowing centralized or distributed automation cells to coordinate motion over a shared DC link. By converting incoming line energy into pulse-width-modulated output, the unit supports precise speed, torque, and position control for packaging lines, gantries, and machining centers.

This controller exchanges setpoints and diagnostics through the SERCOS interface, so deterministic fiber-optic telegrams synchronize each axis with the main PLC.
