Product Description:

The DKR04.1-W400N-BE12 is a drive controller supplied by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and positioned within the DKR Drive Controllers series. The unit forms the power and regulation core between an industrial power bus and a synchronous or asynchronous servo axis. In automated machine tools, packaging lines, and handling systems it converts incoming DC energy to three-phase output while executing motion commands from a higher-level controller. Its role is to deliver controlled torque, velocity, and positioning for motors used in multi-axis automation.

Communication flows through the SERCOS interface, so all setpoints, status words, and diagnostics are exchanged in real time to maintain deterministic axis timing. Thermal management relies on a built-in blower, which moves ambient air across internal heat sinks and eliminates the need for cabinet chillers.
