Product Description:

The DKR03.1-W200Z-BE15-01-FW drive controller is a specialized drive controller manufactured by Rexroth Indramat to control and monitors the Indramat servo motors in the industrial servo system. The drive controller is designed to offer intelligent digital control to the LSF linear motor series, the frameless spindle motor, and the 2AD a.c main spindle motor series. All of these servo motors deliver a continuous power output ranging from 10 to 93 Kilowatts when paired with the DKR03.1-W200Z-BE15-01-FW drive controller in an industrial machine. The drive controller is also connected to a control center, which allows the operator to observe the drive, obtain different processing information, and make the necessary adjustment to the drive's operation.

The drive controller is produced according to the IP20 protection category; this means that the drive cannot withstand liquid or dust disturbances and should be operated only in industrial environments that offer protection against these two elements. The drive controller uses a control voltage of AC 230 volts and a control voltage power of 200 Volt-Amperes. It weighs about 4.9Kilograms while its accessories weigh about 1.7 Kilograms.

During an emergency interruption in the drive controller's power supply, the drive controller will continue to function using the regenerated kinetic energy produced by the servo motor. The drive will remain operational as long as the servo motor rotates and generates kinetic energy for the drive. The drive also contains a heatsink and an air blower, which helps regulate the temperature in the servo drive. The drive controller can also be configured for specific industrial applications through special configuration cards inserted in the slots U1 to U5 present on the drive basic unit. An FWA-DIAX03 firmware module must also be ordered separately with the drive. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
