The DKR03.1-W200N-BT69-01-FW is a digital intelligent AC drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat as part of the DKR Drive Controllers series. It conditions three-phase mains power and regulates current to large servo or spindle motors while exchanging deterministic commands with higher-level automation systems. By converting line energy into controlled output waveforms, the unit supports precise speed, torque, and position control in machining centers, printing presses, and other continuous-duty industrial equipment.

Its power section accepts three-phase supplies in the range of 3 x AC 400–480 V. At a 4 kHz switching frequency, the controller sustains 92 A of phase current, enabling about 35 kW of continuous mechanical power when matched with suitable motors. Logic electronics are fed by a separate AC 230 V control circuit that keeps command processing stable during mains fluctuations. Full-load operation produces about 1200 W of heat, so enclosure airflow must accommodate this thermal output. Motion commands arrive over a SERCOS fiber-optic link, and the DC bus is provided without a brake chopper, so high regenerative loads require external energy-dump hardware.

For short bursts, the drive can supply up to 141 A, which increases acceleration and deceleration capability beyond the continuous operating range. Cooling relies on a built-in air blower that moves air across the power electronics and removes heat without auxiliary cabinet fans. Position and speed loops are closed through digital servo and resolver feedback, allowing compatibility with numerous Indramat motor families. Even with its high power rating, the assembly weighs only 49 kg, which helps simplify panel installation. The unit is in current class 200, line series 03, design version 1, and function module version 01.
