The Drive Controller Module DKR03.1-W200N-BE38-01-FW is an automated intelligent controller designed by Rexroth Indramat. These controllers are designed specifically for electrical motors used in industrial machines and applications that need high level of precision and control. The advanced electronic architecture being implied in these controllers, monitors the peripheral sensors of the industrial machines and bounds the electrical motors to work accordingly within specified limits.
The preset features being programmed in the parameter setting for electrical motors is a clear list of limits to which the motor functions are restricted by the controller module with ultimate accuracy and precision. DKR03.1-W200N-BE38-01-FW intelligent controller provides the ultimate safety of auto-shutdown feature in case of an emergency and unintended power failures. The serial interface serves for the communication between the Driver Controller Module and a computer. This interface is needed for system programming, fault-diagnosis, commissioning and servicing. The appropriate software SERCTOP or DriveTop for this purpose to be installed first on the computer. It can be operated via serial communication protocol of RS-232 or RS-484.
Rated input power is 3xAC 400 ... 480, ± 10% at 50-60Hz, whereas the control power is AC 230 V, ± 10%, 50-60Hz. The nominal current of the driver module is 78-92 Amperes, whereas the continuous power of the driver is 30 to 35 kW with maximum frequency ranging from 800Hz to 1600Hz. The controller is to be used within the specified limits suggested by Rexroth Indramat. In case you want to use the drive controller under other ambient conditions other than the indicated ones (+5 ~ +45°C), then you have to consider the load capacity. The power data are reduced by the load capacity. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
