The DKR03.1-W200N-BE09-01-FW is a digital intelligent AC drive controller manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and assigned to the DKR Drive Controllers series. Within multi-axis machining centers and automated transfer lines, it supplies regulated three-phase power to synchronous and induction motors while exchanging motion commands with higher-level PLCs. It supports closed-loop velocity and position control so connected axes can maintain repeatable motion profiles under changing loads. The controller can therefore coordinate feed axes, transfer mechanisms, and other motion elements that must respond smoothly to synchronized commands.

The unit operates from a three-phase input of 3×AC 400 … 480 V ±10 % and delivers a continuous armature output of 92 A at a 4 kHz switching frequency. Under the same carrier frequency, it supports a mechanical power flow of 35 kW, while short-term demand can rise to a peak output of 141 A. The module uses a rigid DC bus and is supplied without a brake chopper or bleeder, so excess regenerative energy must be handled externally, and it can process both digital servo encoder and resolver feedback. Control functions are linked to the master through a SERCOS interface, and command processing uses an auxiliary supply of AC 230 V ±10 %. Heat is removed by a built-in air blower, which avoids the need for external liquid cooling circuits.
