Product Description:
The DKR03.1-W200N-BE06-01-FW is a digital intelligent AC drive controller manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the DKR Drive Controllers series. It is installed in cabinet racks to power and coordinate servo and spindle motors used in machining centers, presses, and automated handling lines. The controller converts incoming power into regulated motor current and voltage while processing feedback signals to maintain accurate axis response under changing loads. It is intended for high-power axis applications where stable torque and speed control are required during demanding machine cycles.
The drive stage accepts 3xAC 400–480 V with a tolerance of ±10%, and the internal electronics use a separate AC 230 V supply with the same tolerance. At a continuous output current of 92 A and a switching frequency of 4 kHz, the unit can provide up to 35 kW of sustained motor power. Command data is exchanged through the SERCOS interface, while feedback can be processed from digital servo and resolver signals. Cooling is handled by a built-in air blower that moves heat away from the power section, and the DC bus operates without a brake chopper. Its separate control supply also helps keep logic and communication functions independent from the main power input.
During acceleration peaks, the controller can source 141 A for short periods, which supports rapid indexing and brief high-load events. Total heat dissipation can reach 1200 W, so the enclosure needs enough airflow and spacing to limit heat buildup around neighboring equipment. The chassis weighs 49 kg, which is an important consideration for cabinet support rails and slide-in mounting. Air cooling removes the need for an external liquid circuit, while the rigid DC link requires regenerative energy to be managed at the system level during deceleration.
