The DKR03.1-W200N-BA42-01-FW model consists of a basic unit and 5 slots U1 to U5 for installing different interfaces and firmware modules according to the required parameters. The basic module of the drive controller is DKR03.1-W200N-B and the ESM02.3 firmware module containing all of the required parameters is installed in the U5 slot. The analog interface is installed as a command interface card and digital servo and resolver feedback is used as an auxiliary plug-in module. The drive controller comes with 4 kHz/ 8 kHz drive. The 4 kHz drive operates at 0 to 380V AC power voltage at the frequency of 800 Hz and the continuous current of 92 A delivers the continuous power of 35 kW whereas, the 8 kHz drive requires 1600 Hz of power voltage frequency to deliver the continuous power of 30 kW at 78 A of continuous current. The total power which is dissipated in the form of heat is 1200 W and a blower is used in this model which uses the air from inside or outside the cabinet for cooling purposes.
The model DKR03.1-W200N-BA42-01-FW comes in a standard design without any bleeder resistor for discharging the electric charges. The net weight of the drive is approximately 51 kg including the weight of accessories kit M1-RAC 3 and it can be easily mounted using 3 screws.
