The DKR03.1-W200N-BA35-01-FW model comes with a built-in blower that uses the air from outside or inside the cabinet for cooling purposes. The drive controller can be operated up to the ambient temperature of 45 ͦC without a reduction in drive data and the maximum bearable temperature on which can operate is +55 ͦC with a 20% reduction in drive data. The drive controller can take power directly from the 3-phase AC 3 × 400 – 480V power supply and AC 230V control voltage with ±10% tolerance. The 4 kHz/ 8 kHz drive can deliver the peak power of 55 kW at the peak current of 141 A. The total heat dissipation of the model is 1200 W while operating at the continuous current of 92 A for 4 kHz and 78 A for 8 kHz which delivers 35 kW and 30 kW of continuous power. The model requires the control power voltage of 0 ~ 380 V at the frequency of 800 Hz for 4 kHz drive and 1600 Hz for 8 kHz drive unit.
The model DKR03.1-W200N-BA35-01-FW uses a digital servo and resolver to measure degree of rotation and then transfer those signals in the form of digital codes as motor feedback. The drive controller consists of a basic module and 5 slots to install software module and different plug-in command cards. The analog interface card is installed as a command interface card and the firmware for this model must be ordered separately. The total weight of the model is approximately 49 kg which is protected by IP 20 protection standards as per IEC529. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
