Product Description:
The DKR03.1-W200N-BA06-01-FW is the modernized digital spindle drive control designed for the NC-controller machine tools and printing machines. This main spindle driver is suitable for ADF or 2AD spindle motors and 1MB frameless linear motors. The continuous power of the motor out shaft is 10 to 93KWs. It has a broad speed range and high controls for precise operation at constant power. The primary direct connection to grounded AC is established in the drive. The drive's primary control voltage is 200VA, and the rated power is 3*AC 400V-480V with a system frequency of 50-60HZ.
The DKR03.1-W200N-BA06-01-FW drive has optional holding brakes but an integrated main contactor with an emergency shutdown stop. The brake resistor requires 150KWs braking power for optimization and can be placed as per demand. It has a built-in blower for the drive's cooling and transfers air by using an air duct. The cooling blower maintains inward flow, and the air outward flows in the control cabin to cool down the machine. The cooling may cause water condensation, so the proper dripping plan should be placed in the cabin before the operation.
The Main spindle drive is configured with software and basic unit; as it is a digitally integrated drive, the operating software gives high efficiency to maintain the drive as per user requirement. The drive can configure by command card, auxiliary plug-in, or software module rather than a basic unit. The command card interface has a Profibus interface, INTERBUS interface, analog interface, and SERCOS interfaces.
The main spindle drive falls in IP 20 per EN60529/IEC529 protection category. That comes with the quality maintenance and warranty of the safety from harming the drive from outer objects. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
