Product Description:

The DKR03.1-W200N drive controller is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the DKR Drive Controllers series. It interfaces between a plant’s mains supply and servo motors, converting fixed AC input into a regulated DC bus and high-frequency outputs so machine tools, presses, and handling robots receive precise speed and torque commands. Its logic circuits and fans run from a control supply of 230 VAC, drawing 200 VA to keep the internal electronics isolated from the main power bus. When the PWM carrier is set to 4 kHz, the inverter can deliver a continuous output of 92 A. Raising the carrier to 8 kHz lowers the sustainable current to 78 A because switching losses rise. Short acceleration bursts are handled with a peak output of 141 A, letting the controller start heavy axes without oversizing the motor.
