Rexroth Indramat brings revolutionized digital drive controllers for 2AD or ADF main spindle motors. The DKR03.1-W200B-BT04-01-FW is the central drive controller suitable for NC-controlled machine tools as well as for printing machines. The motor output shaft has continuous power output between 10 to 93kW. The spindle drive controller features a broad speed range and high control over constant power. The drive controller has a primary direct connection to grounded AC. It has 200 VA control voltage power, and 3*AC 400V-480V set rated power with 50-60Hz system frequency.
The DKR03.1 is equipped with the main contractor and has an emergency stop shutdown device. It comes with an optional brake resistor that requires 150kWs braking energy to work. There is a built-in blower for cooling the machine in the control cabin. It maintains inward, outward, and duct cooling as per the placement requirement of the spindle drive. The spindle drive can be easily configured by software as it is a digital operating system. Firmware FWA-DIAX03 is the operating software for the digital integrated DKR03.1.It can also be configured by the command interface card, an auxiliary plug-in module, or just by a basic unit. It has command interface cards with Profibus interface, INTERBUS interface, the analog interface, and SERCOS interfaces. The DKR03.1-W200B-BT04-01-FW comes in IP 20 per EN60529/IEC529 protection category. The ambient conditions for the spindle's optimal working are required before mounting it in the control cabin. The ambient temperature for the drive must be +5°C to +45°C and can permissible to +55°C.greater or lower the temperature can harm the drive working.
